This drum bung socket is compatible with STAR type plastic drum plugs with 1/2" Drive. It can be used to open and tighten the drum plugs on plastic drums and barrels and composite drums.
Specifications : This drum plug socket is made from high grade extruded steel rod, chrome plated and has a 1/2 inch drive square hole to be used with a 1/2" drive pneumatic wrench or manual Torque adjustable wrench.
Features : It can be used to conveniently tighten or remove (open) the drum plugs (bungs). As it is manufactured from high grade extruded steel rod and chrome plated, it gives much better performance and usage life when compared to sockets made by steel casting.
Usage : It can be used with a pneumatic wrench or manual Torque adjustable wrench. It can be used as drum bung tightener and opener.
Note : Adjustable Torque Wrenches and Fixed Wrenches available with above sockets. Pneumatic wrench and Manual wrench (without torque control) also available.
